Our Background

The Fashion Student Hub came about because of the lack of short online courses in the field of fashion. Our founder and pioneer Cheryl Gregory wanted to support her own daughter aka Tolly Dolly Posh (see her fashion blog at tollydollyposhfashion.com) as she prepares herself for a career in fashion as a designer whilst still at school.

Cheryl found there was a shortage of appropriate educational material so set about using her own teaching, retail consulting and design expertise and experience of the sector to solve the problem. She found that there are college courses that young people can attend, there are multiple books that can be read but until now there have been very few short online courses that can be taken to learn about key topics in the field.

Students of all ages that want to prepare themselves for a career in fashion, or need to sharpen their skills and know-how can do so by taking courses online at The Fashion Student Hub.
