Learn about the manufacturing process and what manufacturers need from you so that you can choose who to make your samples and get garments made with the minimum of hassle.

Learn about the different routes to market you can use to ensure your garments reach as many of your potential customers as possible.

10. Selling to Buyers

Learn how to approach buyers effectively, how to present your products to them, and negotiate the best deal which provides you with everything you need as well as meeting the needs of your buyers.

11. Promoting Your Brand

Learn about the various techniques you can use to promote your brand and products to your target customers as well as where to get funding from for your business.

12. Protecting Your Designs

Learn about the basic ways to protect your intellectual property and all the hard work you have put into creating your design so that you have some recourse when others try to infringe on your rights.

And that doesn't include the other areas of HR, payroll, VAT, taxation, managing debtors and creditors and so on.
